Hinata Hyūga (Naruto Anime)
At the top of the list, Hinata is arguably one of the best female characters on Naruto. Hinata was looked at as being very weak but was later found to have extreme loyalty and the heart of a true Shinobi! I had an amazing time cosplaying the adorably shy Hinata. I relate to this character so much so it was important for me to become the Byakugan Princess for a day 🙂
I purchased the adult Hinata cosplay (here) I had to order one size larger than normal.
